At Westside Baptist Temple the Preaching of God’s Word is emphasized. A modern trend in preaching is to soften the truth of how God wants us to live. This results with truth being weakened to the point of being just another religious option.
At Westside, the preaching is an unapologetic declaration of timeless principles from the Bible, with practical applications for your life.
Distinctive music is another special aspect of Westside. After just one service you will realize that our intent is to Glorify God to the best of our ability. Our Traditional, yet exciting, congregational singing and special music gives everyone the opportunity to participate in expressing God’s worth to Him.
Finally, we hold to Traditional, Biblical, Baptist Beliefs. In the past, when people stood up for what they believed, they were said to have character. Today, some call them intolerant, old-fashioned, or out-of-touch. In our drifting society, where families are falling apart and violence and disharmony are common, people need a solid, steady anchor.
We believe that the time-tested truths of the Bible, preached with relevance and compassion, offer the anchor of peace and steadfastness that people need today.

Bible Study for all ages – 9:45 a.m.
Morning Service – 11 a.m.
Evening Service – 6 p.m.
Wednesday Service – 7:00 p.m.
